Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your product arrives damaged, we want to apologize for the inconvenience. We strive to have your shipment received and the same way we shipped it, However, we understand anything can happen. Please reply with your order confirmation email with pictures of your damaged goods and we will replace the damaged item(s).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
